摘要: Cytochrome c (Cyt c) is an important biomarker in cell lysates for the early stage of apoptosis or anticancer agents. Here, two novel label-free fluorescence assays based on hemoglobin-stabilized gold nanoclusters (Hb/AuNCs) and aptamer-stabilized silver (DNA/AgNCs) analysis Cyt are presented. The heme group protein induces sensitive sensing platforms accompanied by decreased both metal nanoclusters. quenching processes observed found to be resonance energy transfer mechanism from Hb/AuNCs photoinduced electron DNA/AgNCs aptamer-Cyt complex. linear range was 0–10 μM 0 1 DNA/AgNCs, with limits detection ∼15 nM.
