摘要: ABSTRACT Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is 1 of the highly fatal and most aggressive types malignancies accounts for vast majority Cancer. Numerous studies have reported that tumor microenvironment (TME) was significantly correlated with oncogenesis, progress, prognosis various malignancies. Therefore, mining TME-related genes reasonably important to improve overall survival patients PDAC.The Estimation STromal Immune cells in MAlignant Tumor tissues using Expression data algorithm applied identify differential expressed genes. Functional pathway enrichment analyses, protein-protein interaction network construction module analysis, analysis immune estimation resource database were then performed on genes.Data indicated higher scores better (P = 0.033). Differential expression obtained 90 intersection influencing both stromal scores. Among these genes, CA9, EBI3, SPOCK2, WDFY4, CD1D, CCL22 PDAC patients. Moreover, multivariate Cox revealed CD1D significant prognostic closely infiltration TCGA cohort. Further related cell biomarkers patients. In summary, our findings provide a more comprehensive insight into TME show list associated PDAC. However, further need be gain additional understanding association between
