摘要: Central hypersomnias lead to significant decreases in the quality of life, mood disturbance, profound impairment cognitive and psychomotor performance, an increased risk occupational vehicular accidents. In this article, sleep disorders that may be confused with central due their association excessive daytime sleepiness (sleep-related breathing disorders, periodic limb movement disorder, certain circadian rhythm parasomnias) are discussed differentiated. Secondly, how these other if coexistent hypersomnias, will impact complicate diagnosis treatment, is described. The main hypersomnia idiopathic hypersomnia.
