摘要: Breast malignancy at the molecular level is partly due to genetic mutations and deletions that result in alteration of expression function various cellular genes. Although progress has been made characterising some these genes, specific mechanisms underlying many pathways remain be elucidated. Once identified, such differentially expressed genes will useful monitoring disease progression understanding tumour development.
