摘要: The double ballbar (DBB) test is a well-known way to check the geometric error of axis interaction. DBB captures actual data from multiple origins. Here, we define measurement result as sinusoid map model plus noise. Using this concept, extract single source value by LS fitting. We considered “noise” mix other sources. To ensure quality numerical fitting, used each that was generated simulation movement based on homogeneous transformation matrices (HTMs) general best-fit curve. verify proposed method, linear axes and compare it with commercial system. This method applicable both full circle truncated path. Then, use estimate interaction between rotary in five-axis machine. A sequence tests arranged linear-linear linear-rotary simultaneous motions. contain seven runs two setups, are able identify eleven geometry errors less time, human “intervention” error.
