摘要: Abstract This paper describes a systematic method to model and compensate geometric errors of machine tools. In order separate from other errors, measured are analyzed in the frequency domain by using Fourier series. Then, components corresponding selected based on repeatability their wavelength. Finally, reconstructed forwarded for compensation fine motion drive. A CNC tool with mechanism Z-axis was developed error Z direction XY plane. flat surface machining non-rotational cutting tools tested validate our approach. On plane 45 mm×70 mm, fluctuation relative displacement reduced 1.3 0.5 μm P-V. Machining experiments single-crystal diamond were also carried out straightness profile curve 1.0 0.4 μm. The result showed that compensated separately vibration due bending mode column.
