Waviness compensation of precision machining by piezo-electric micro cutting device

摘要: Recently, precision machining technology has been developed continuously in order to achieve high productivity and assured quality of parts several industrial fields such as; lasers, optics, quartz vibrators, semiconductors, aircraft artificial satellites etc. Waviness may occur on the surface machined due table motion error dynamic cutting mechanism between tool workpiece impair form accuracy parts. In this research, a micro device with piezo-electric actuator control depth cut precisely compensate waviness workpiece. Experiments have carried out lathe. The characteristics profile cause analyzed profiles some cases compared those experiments.
