摘要: Abstract Understanding the role of host oxide material is very important for developing phosphor materials. Here, Eu(III)- and Tb(III)-doped La(OH) 3 nanowires were prepared by a facial hydrothermal method, La 2 O nanostructures obtained post-thermal treatment. Their physicochemical characteristics examined scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy. The photoluminescence (PL) counter mapping profiles to understand mechanism. All emission assigned based on 5 D 0 → 7 F J ( = 0–4) transitions Eu(III) 4 = 6, 5, 4, 3) Tb(III) ions. hygroscopic unstable under ambient conditions changed slowly more stable . PL decay lifetime was observed be longer annealed sample with lower doping concentration due higher crystallinity.
