摘要: The L-form of Pseudomonas syringae pv. phaseolicola has been proved to induce resistance bean halo blight.Various procedures were tested the pisi for its potential use as biocontrol agent pea bacterial blight. Cell-wall deficient cells induced in a liquid medium with penicillin following protocol described P. s. phaseolicola. Cell growth on solid induction developed typical granular and vacuolated structures, characteristic colonies observed first transfer. However, there was poor subsequent transfers some reversion parental type. To improve procedure, new applied: (1) viability monitored during induction. optimum time lower than Viability L-forms low decreased time. (2) inducer ticarcillin combined clavulanic acid, which prevented type (3) range concentrations ticarcillin/clavulanic acid applied by spiral gradient endpoint method calculation minimum inhibitory (MIC).
