摘要: Abstract Refractory cases of periodontitis were assayed for chemotaxis polymorphonuclear neutrophilic leukocytes using an in vivo assay. 9 refractory patients and normal studied. When cell counts plotted against time, showed a single peak at 25–30 min after casein (chemo-attractant) challenge, whereas 2 3 peaks PMN's varying time intervals. 5 the this pattern tests sulci as well deep periodontal pockets. 4 double This suggests that some have intrinsic chemotactic defect neutrophils while others may be secondary phenomenon. It appears with characteristic response was reported LJP.
