摘要: In Eucalyptus genus, studies on genome composition and transposable elements (TEs) are particularly scarce. Nearly half of the recently released grandis is composed by retrotransposons this data provides an important opportunity to understand TE dynamics in transcriptome. We characterized nine families transcriptionally active LTR from Copia Gypsy superfamilies we depicted genomic distribution copy number two species. also evaluated polymorphism transcriptional profile three organs five observed contrasting behavior same family among different RLC_egMax_1 was most prevalent RLC_egAngela_1 with lowest number. Most both have their insertions occurring <3 million years, except one family, RLC_egBianca_1. Protein theoretical models suggest properties between domains. IRAP REMAP markers suggested polymorphisms Using EST analysis qRT-PCRs, activity several tissues all some families, osmotic stress increases transcript values. Our strategy successful isolating Eucalyptus, each has a particular pattern. Overall, our results show that retrotransposon differentially affected transcriptome
