摘要: Abstract The purposes of the study were to (1) describe prevalence and patterns smokeless tobacco cigarette use among adolescents in a high tobacco-production area, (2) explore relationship between degree household involvement raising tobacco. subjects 665 middle school students tobacco-producing region. Some results were: usage rates this rural county comparable or higher than reported other areas suburban urban areas; males from tobacco-raising households (TRH) used significantly more those nonraising (NRH); for example, 43 percent boys TRH had cigarettes last 24 hours compared 17.7 NRH; (3) who personally raised greater rate did not raise came NRH.
