摘要: The Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) has begun an investigation into why most jobs currently have a gender imbalance within their workforce. latest in series of updates been published by the Association Educational Psychologists (AEP) on distribution amongst educational psychologists. This may therefore be opportune time to look at issues balance population psychologists (EPs). Currently males are minority throughout study and practice psychology. small diminishing proportion male EPs appears seldom discussed profession. paper attempts evaluate range possible explanations for lack EPs. process stereotyping was offered as one theoretical framework which might help guide further investigations this much overlooked area.
