摘要: We have studied the effects of midazolam and flunitrazepam on extracellular concentrations dopamine, 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPAC) homovanillic (HVA) in rat striatum freely moving animals using vivo microdialysis. I.v. injections 0.075 0.15 mg kg-1 decreased striatal dopamine a dose-dependent manner without affecting DOPAC HVA. Flunitrazepam 0.015 0.03 also dose-related manner, but reductions HVA were not significant. Flumazenil 6 micrograms alone did affect HVA, it prevented flunitrazepam. 10 mumol litre-1 release when infused through dialysis probe placed into striatum, failed to ipsilateral substantia nigra. Central administrations effective only drug was both sites simultaneously (10 100 litre-1) or given by intraventricular injection (0.5 1 micrograms). These results suggest that different manner.
