摘要: 150 MHz rectangular AT-cut quartz crystal units were prepared by means of photolithography. For the elimination effect on a frequency response mechanically damaged layer, chemical etching both sides was employed. Gold evaporated films used as electrodes for stability during long-term driving. As result, which had excellent driving and low impedance obtained. Furthermore, Colpitts oscillator constructed, some experimental data are presented.
