摘要: The most common congenital lesions are medial (thyroglossal) and lateral (branchial) cysts fistulae. In addition, haemangiomas, lymphangiomas dermoid can occur. Congenital malformations of the neck comparatively rare present as masses that typically in two first decades life. Fistulae thyroglossal origin also known duct/tract remnants, median cysts/fistulae. Those branchial referred to cleft cysts/sinuses/fistulae.
