摘要: Oocyte and egg provide an excellent model system for studying calcium patterns. Calcium signal is a transient increase of intracellular concentration which influences different cellular processes among variety cells. The change in transmits information through organized set spatio-temporal changes, localized transients or puffs, wave propagation, global oscillations. During oocyte maturation, the signalling machinery undergoes differentiation results distinctly release patterns on all organizational scales from puffs to waves. It crucial understand mechanics regulation cytosol oocytes, have better understanding fertilization process. In this paper, finite-element using coaxial circular sector elements has been developed study two-dimensional distribution oocytes. Appropriate initial boundary conditions are incorporated based biophysical problem. A computer program MATLAB 7.10 whole problem executed Intel(R) Core™ i3 CPU, 4.00 GB RAM, 2.40 GHz processor obtain numerical results. These used relationship with parameters like Na+/Ca2+ exchanger, Na+/K+ pump, RyR channel, SERCA buffers. observed that there significant variation profiles due effect give us insights coordinated buffers
