摘要: The present paper focuses on the solution of three-dimensional calcium advection–diffusion equation in presence calcium-binding buffers. As buffers play an important role maintaining cytosolic concentration level, decrease leads to increase cytoplasmic which may further lead toxicity Alzheimer’s disease. governing differential has been converted into one-dimensional using similarity transforms. is obtained analytically Laplace transforms and suitable boundary conditions. simulated MATLAB. graphs clearly show impact level for normal Alzheimeric cells.
