摘要: New and reemerging infectious diseases will continue to pose serious global health threats well into the 21st century according World Health Organization report, these are still leading cause of death among humans worldwide. Among diseases, tuberculosis claims approximately 2 million deaths per year Also, agents that reduce duration complexity current therapy would have a major impact on overall cure rate. Due development resistance conventional antibiotics there is need for new therapeutic strategies combat Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Subsequently, an urgent drug candidates with newer targets alternative mechanism action. In this perspective, pyrazole, one most important classes heterocycles, has been topic research thousands researchers all over world because its wide spectrum biological activities. To pave way future research, collect latest information in promising area. present review, we collated published reports pyrazole core provide insight so full potential can be utilized treatment article, possible structure-activity relationship analogs designing better antituberculosis (anti-TB) discussed also helpful thoughts quest rational designs more active less toxic pyrazole-based anti-TB drugs.
