摘要: The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions and methods improve expression of exogenous polypeptides into vertebrate cells in vivo, utilizing delivery polynucleotides encoding such polypeptides. More particularly, the provides use salts, particular sodium potassium salts phosphate, aqueous solution, auxiliary agents, detergents surfactants, useful for direct polynucleotide-based polypeptide vertebrates.
