摘要: Graduate development programmes such as FUSION continue to be seen by policy makers, higher education institutions and small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) primary means of strengthening education–business links in turn improving the match between graduate output needs industry. This paper provides evidence from case studies. The findings indicate that practical application academic principles real-world settings a useful learning vehicle for academics, graduates SMEs. Key success factors strategies overcoming obstacles emerged In light these findings, authors make tentative recommendations aid future delivery similar programmes.
