摘要: In 1994, the Mississippi legislature enacted Workforce Education Act, Senate Bill 2955, which called for creation of One-Stop Career Centers affiliated with each community college district. The mission was to provide assessment, training, and placement services individuals needing retraining, upgrading local industry. purpose this study develop an evaluation instrument assess effectiveness workforce training programs provided by these career centers. conducted in two phases. Phase 1 development pilot test recording reactions participants their supervisors toward programs. 2 consisted field testing districts. Based on data collected from study, it concluded that programmatic could be evaluated immediately using developed study; however, personal external not instrument.
