摘要: A bidirectional current blocking switch is disclosed. The includes a four-terminal MOSFET in which there no source-body short. voltages applied to the source and drain terminals are both higher than voltage body terminal (for an N-channel) device so that drain-body junction of never become forward-biased. this invention particularly useful for switching cascaded set batteries portable computer.
