摘要: The Zn content in foodstuffs (rice, some vegetables and roots) regularly consumed Cuba is reported. Concentrations are determined by X-Ray Fluorescence analysis using a set of organic standards doped with Zn. accuracy the analytical procedure was validated Certified Reference Materials AIEA 393 MAB3/ TM. obtained results show rice as major bioaccumulator studied agriproducts main source human consumption Cuba.
