摘要: This article presents basic data on the content of Cr, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Cd, Sb, Hg, and Pb in staple foodstuffs agriproduct grown Russia (Astrakhan region town Belovo) Egypt (Helwan region). The dependence concentration metals agriproducts chemical form existence irrigation water soils is indicated.
