摘要: The objective of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness cooperative games help dealing with craving and anxiety, as well motivate change in addictive behavior crack/cocaine-dependent patients hospitalized at a detoxication unit. In order do that, quasi-experimental clinical trial, involving 30 male subjects, age ranging from 18 50 years, users, distributed 8 groups, carried out. instruments used were: social demographic data sheet; mini-mental state examination; University Rhode Island Change Assessment scale (URICA); Beck anxiety inventory (BAI) visual analogue (VAS). Cocaine transformed into crack images videos were presented induce and, after VAS, URICA BAI applied. Afterwards, Cooperative Game workshop out, above again. A significant difference concerning symptoms use (p < 0.001) found; however, there no motivation behavior. Therefore, we conclude that can be an important instrument treat patients.
