A review of Brazilian scientific output on crack - contributions to the political agenda

摘要: Object: scientific literature about crack abuse published in Brazilian journals indexed SCIELO.Objective: systematic review of treating findings as a framework for agenda-setting orienting policy decision makers.Methodology: SCIELO online research since 02/06/2013 on tag "key word searched" and indexes "research amplitude". An amount 199 references were identified their abstracts analyzed getting to final group 59 articles specifically studying issues Brazil. Analysis: institutional criteria (journal, subject area, publishing time) analytical categories created by the authors: "Social Risk", "Treatment", "Use/Abuse", "Profile", Relations", "Study".Results: use impact 2011; health field is prominent; "Associated Risk" "Treatment" prevail; SUS cannot face demand;investment improvement CAP harm reduction; therapeutic communities need match with standards; youngers, black people poor express users profile; rave style use; repressive policies not well succeeded; multidisciplinary approach are necessary.
