摘要: Crystallography of nanocrystalline materials has witnessed a true revolution in the past 10 years, thanks to introduction protocols for 3D acquisition and analysis electron diffraction data. This method provides single-crystal data structure solution refinement quality, allowing atomic determination those that remained hitherto unknown because their limited crystallinity. Several experimental exist, which share common idea sampling sequence patterns while crystal is tilted around noncrystallographic axis, namely, goniometer axis transmission microscope sample stage. Outlook reviews most important applications different kinds samples problematics, related with both life sciences. Structure including dynamical scattering also briefly discussed.
