摘要: Communication can be defined as a verbal and non exchange of thoughts emotions. While communication deficit in Alzheimer's disease is well documen- ted, very little known about gestural communication, especially interpersonal situations. This study examines the production gestures its relations with aspects communication. Three patients suffering from moderately severe were compared to three healthy adults. Each one given series pictures asked explain which she preferred why. The interaction was video recor- ded. Analyses concerned (quantity quality) gestures. Gestures either representational (i.e., small amplitude punctuating speech or accentuating some parts utterance) referring object speech).
