摘要: A method for making a granola or snack-food product comprises (a) mixing ingredients said with liquid binder to obtain formable mixture, wherein the is carried out at elevated temperature and sets when cooled room temperature; (b) forming mixture into precursor, whilst still liquid; (c) cooling precursor set binder, thereby obtaining product. Apparatus also described as obtained thereby.
