摘要: The present study examines the transformational role of leaders that impacts organizational climate with a view to draw on deeper influences it carries culture organization. One hundred and thirty-nine participants took part in study, answering Transformational Leadership Style Organizational Climate Questionnaires. data earlier subjected Principal Axis Factoring Technique varimax rotation procedure yielding 6 factors were related 5 obtained study. findings revealed unequivocal influence leadership styles over dimensions suggesting theoretically manoeuvring capability its backward behaviour. Perhaps more sophisticated design research is needed confirm latter's leaders' role.
