摘要: Emotional Intelligence has become an increasingly popular construct in diverse business environments besides being used as a measure for identifying potentially effective leaders. The present paper attempts to examine multivariate relationships between emotional intelligence and transformational leadership dimensions. canonical correlation dimensions revealed significant relationships.
