摘要: The purpose of this study was to Relationship between emotional intelligence and transformational leadership style on male coaches Karate Federation I.R.I. research method descriptive correlational research. Population study, 1677 cases in the league Islamic Republic Iran. Sample a simple random sample 313 people were based Morgan. Gathered data, Sybryashryng Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire Likert scale five values (α=0.85) Multifactor Leadership bass Olive (α=0.87) used. data from test for normality Kolmogroff-Smirnov hypothesis Pearson correlation used P≤0.05 significance level. Data analysis revealed significant relationship styles. Also, all subscales correlated with there are transformative their only motivation is irrelevant. Overall findings indicated that coach's karate.
