摘要: Tris(1,3-dichloro-2-propyl) phosphate (TDCPP) is a kind of additive flame retardants (FRs) and was found to affect early embryonic development in zebrafish; however, there are few studies investigate whether TDCPP will disturb the mouse embryos. In our studies, we used embryos as models study toxicology on The results showed that disturbed dose-dependent manner. 10 μM decreased blastocyst formation 100 lethal concentration for We proved detrimental potential by increasing reactive oxygen species level inducing apoptosis. Furthermore, changed DNA methylation patterns imprinted genes treated blastocysts. H19 Snrpn promoter regions increased from 37.67% 46.00% 31.56% 44.38% groups, respectively. contrast, Peg3 region declined 86.55% 73.27% Taken together, demonstrated could adversely impair mouse.
