摘要: The murine oct-3 gene encodes a transcription factor containing POU-specific domain and homeodomain. In marked contrast to other homeodomain-encoding genes,oct-3 is expressed in the totipotent pluripotent stem cells of pre-gastrulation embryo down-regulated during differentiation endoderm mesoderm, suggesting that it has role early development. also primordial germ female line.
