摘要: There is great excitement in generating different types of somatic cells from vitro differentiated embryonic stem (ES) cells, because they can potentially be utilized for therapies human diseases which there are currently no effective treatments. Successful generation and application ES-derived requires better understanding molecular mechanisms that regulate self-renewal lineage commitment. Accordingly, many studies aimed toward maintaining the cell state pathways leading to specification. In this chapter we discuss recent examine molecules critical ES self-renewal, as well hematopoietic endothelial differentiation cells.
