摘要: Objectives: The hazards of electrocautery smoke have been known for decades. However, few clinical studies conducted to analyze the responsible variables production. This study collected samples and systematically analyzed all possible factors. Methods: Thirty diathermy were during mastectomy abdominal cavity operations. Samples using a gas chromatographer with flame ionization detector. Data applied construct prediction models chemical production from electrosurgeries identify factors that impact electrosurgery. Results: Toluene was detected in 27 (90%) concentrations 0.003–0.463 mg/m3 176.0–2,780.0 ng. Ethyl benzene styrene identified very cases. General linear regression analysis demonstrates surgery type, patient age, duration imparted coagulation energy explained 67.63% variation toluene Conclusion: Surgery type age are prior surgery. In terms risk precaution, operating team should pay close attention exposure when certain positive increasing advance.
