摘要: Basic calcium phosphate (BCP) crystals control the traverse of cells from G-G1 to S-phase cell cycle and initiate proliferation by rendering fibroblasts competent respond insulin-like growth factors in plasma. The present study examines whether BCP induce transcription protooncogenes c- fos myc effect β-interferon (IFN-β) on protooncogene as well crystal-induced DNA synthesis. Stimulation density-arrested BALB/c-3T3 with either crystal or platelet-derived factor (PDGF) results maximal accumulation mRNA at 30 min after stimulation. Induction PDGF occurs within 1 h is around 3 stimulation. Simultaneous addition IFN-β had little induction but delayed both message entry into S phase. delay treatment cannot account for observed onset synthesis, since can be added up 6 stimulation crystals, a similar synthesis still observed.
