Coherent Choice and Epistemic Entrechment (Preliminary Report)

摘要: Belief revision has recently been modelled with the help of notion epistemic entrenchment (Gardenfors and Makinson, TARK 1988, Rott, JoLLI 1992). This paper offers a systematic justification postulates for by interpreting in terms general theory rational choice. A translation is specified from conditions into choice, vice versa. The relative strengths are studied, connections related work discussed.
