摘要: A nozzle in a plate for an inkjet printhead is formed by directing laser beam at plate. Accurate control of the divergence achieved splitting into sub-beams, each sub-beam having with origin lying apart from point which created splitting, and thereafter recombining sub-beams. Greater accuracy taper inlet shape manufactured thereby obtained.
