摘要: Sergio, C.; Garcia C. A.; Hespanhol, H.; Vieira, Stow, S. & Long, D. 2012. Bryophyte diversity in the Peneda-Geres National Park (Portugal): selecting Important Plant Areas (IPA) based on a new survey and past records. Bot. Complut. 36: 39-50. The (PNPG) North-western Portugal has been subject of many bryological studies although there remain unstudied areas. We here present summary current knowledge using data from recent fieldwork which comprises ca. 11000 Using this twelve (IPAs) were selected. PNPG is an area exceptionally rich bryophytes as shown species richness distribution maps. There significant increase level bryophyte since 1980. From fieldwork, two to found fourteen are reported Park. Future relatively un- known areas will most likely lead discovery further conservation importance. IPAs mapped can be useful guiding planning.
