摘要: Advances in transgenic science have created powerful tools for the investigation of both genetic and protein regulatory systems. Recently, animals been utilized several vascular transplantation research laboratories. The ability to specifically mutate genes important oncologic cardiovascular is leading a greater understanding role gene systems cancer disease. expanding use will undoubtedly increase our insight into complex problems surgical research. This review briefly describes various techniques create including: transgene design, gene-transfer utilizing transfection, microinjection retroviral infection, as well embryonic stem cells, methods screening offspring.
