Magnetic properties of Sr2Pd1−xMxO3 (M=Co, Cu)

摘要: Abstract The crystallographic and magnetic properties of Sr 2 (Pd 1− x M )O 3 (M=Co, Cu) were studied. Co ( ≤0.25) Cu (0≤ ≤1) have an orthorhombic structure in the space group Immm . All specimens both systems a negative asymptotic Curie temperature. However, they show paramagnetic behavior at temperatures above 1.7 K. effective moment P eff increases with increasing content tends to be saturated =0.25. case Cu, shows maximum about =0.2. Pd seems become enhanced by substitution. Even though PdO is insulator, its resistivity decreases substitution, CuO semiconductor-like behavior.
