摘要: Aim  The aim of this study was to systematically review the literature on influence enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) protocols and health related quality life (HQoL) patient satisfaction. Method  A systematic from January 1990 February 2009 undertaken. Studies were included if they compared HQoL and/or satisfaction ERAS conventional (CS). Jadad score used evaluate studies. Results divided into immediate (first week), early (second third week) late (more than 30 days surgery) post-operative phases. meta-analysis not possible due heterogeneity studies. Results  Ten publications in final analysis. In first week surgery, two non-randomised trials found reduced fatigue another 2 studies pain with ERAS. One randomised increased emotional distress SF36 patients. At three weeks none multidimensional measures showed any differences. Increuscd reported CS Limitations activities daily living more marked one study. Beyond Only no difference found. Conclusion  There is evidence that adversely affect or satisfaction. Certain aspects such as may improve Further research required, especially period.
