Effects of Employee Stock Bonuses on Technical Efficiency: Evidence from Taiwan's Electronic Industry

摘要: This paper examines the role of employee stock bonuses on technical efficiency Taiwan's electronic manufacturers. Using data envelopment analysis (DEA), we show that majority manufacturers have better performance in their scale than pure efficiency, and scores are higher for firms distribute bonus to employees. Moreover, use Tobit regression determine what characteristics influence measures obtained. Our results levels positively related scores, which suggests improve firms.
