摘要: Electrostatic interactions of RNA are at the center determining dynamical flexibility and structural stability. By analysing neutron scattering spectroscopy, we show that fast dynamics hydrated tRNA on ps to ns timescales increases with stronger charge screening, while its stability either or remains largely unchanged. An unprecedented electrostatic threshold for onset additional is induced from correlation between charge-screening density counterions promoted properties. The results demonstrate enhanced originates local conformational relaxation coupled stabilized screening rather than governed by fluctuation counterions. present study casts light specificity in thermodynamic balance RNA.
