Dynamics of Biological Macromolecules: Not a Simple Slaving by Hydration Water

摘要: We studied the dynamics of hydrated tRNA using neutron and dielectric spectroscopy techniques. A comparison our results with earlier data reveals that is slower varies more strongly temperature than proteins. At same time, appears to have faster DNA. demonstrate a similar difference in hydration water for these biomolecules. The analysis contradict traditional view slaved dynamics, which assumes biological macromolecules just follows water. Our their depends on chemical three-dimensional structures conclude whole concept slaving should be reconsidered, mutual influence biomolecules must taken into account.
