摘要: With the use of monoclonal antibodies and continuous flow microfluorometry, we have examined cell surface antigenic characteristic rat large granular lymphocytes (LGL) compared them with monocytes, T cells, polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMN). The profile LGL was particular interest because these cells been shown to be highly associated natural killer (NK) activity. This analysis enriched populations demonstrated that are in antigenically distinct population share some characteristics PMN. Essentially all expressed W3/13, OX-8, leukocyte-common (L-C), asialo GM1 antigens. A portion were also positive a Ab against ART-1a antigen. In contrast, few Ia, W3/25, immunoglobulin (sIg), or Thy 1.1 Monocytes pattern reactivity similar but found by OX-8 negative. As previously reported, express ART-1a, and/or OX-8. These results demonstrate not typical B However, sharing markers monocytes raises possibility may development lineage 1 populations.
