摘要: Abstract Peroxyoxalate chemiluminescence reactions involve the oxidation of oxalate ester by hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), forming intermediates capable exciting fluorophores. These are known for their high sensitivity, quantum yield and wide linear range analyte detection. This study aims at application complexing agents di-2-pyridyl ketone benzoylhydrazone salicyloylhydrazone, or these complexed with Pb(II) as fluorophores, well use metal determination. Both have fluorescent properties, however only former could be applied. The buffering system used was HCO3-/CO3-2, pH 10.3 bis(2,4,6-triclorophenyl) oxalate, prepared in 1,2-dimethoxyethane. addition to peroxyoxalate reaction makes signal decrease 36%. Through Stern-Volmer equation, it possible determine ion within a from 2.07 41.4 mg L-1(R2 0.9894), detection quantification limits 0.45 mg L-1 1.5 mg L-1, respectively.
