Peroxyoxalate Photoinduced Chemiluminescence Detection of Norfloxacin in Pharmaceutical Products by Flow Injection Analysis

摘要: A new method for the determination of norfloxacin by flow injection analysis based on photoinduced chemiluminescence detection is proposed. We have selected peroxyoxalate (PO) reaction possibility detecting fluorescent products derived from a photochemically induced decomposition norfloxacin, observing high signal when derivative participates in reaction. FIA device, with two-injection valves introduction both PO and photodecomposed analyte solutions system, has been used, avoiding problems arising use organic solvents. The was applied to monitoring pharmaceuticals.
